How to see how many points you have & how to redeem your points:
- Make sure you're signed into your account!
- Click the pink button with the shopping bag & heart at the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
- Your eligible rewards points will be displayed at the top of this pop up.
- To redeem your points, click "All Rewards." Drag the toggle over to how many rewards points you want to redeem, then click "Redeem". Hit that back arrow at the top left of the pop-up, and head over into "Your Rewards." Choose the reward you want to redeem, and hit "Apply Code." The code will then automatically apply your reward to your order!

Please note, taxes, shipping, and other fees do not count towards rewards points. Only 3 rewards ($60 value) can be applied to each transaction. Minimum spend required. If you return an item from an order that used rewards, reward point value earned from the original transaction will be deducted from your points balance. Rewards points cannot be transferred from order to order. Rewards not valid for redemption during promotions, on sale items, or on top of other discounts. The rewards program is valid only on purchases that occur at Ocean Palm's physical storefront in Virginia Beach or on www.oceanpalm.net
