Surprise Sale FAQ

 

  • When is the Surprise Sale? The Surprise Sale is officially June 26-28! Our storefront will be closed Wednesday, June 26 and opening at 2PM on June 27 to resume normal business hours.
  • I live locally - can I pick up my order in-store? Of course! During checkout, choose "Pickup In Store" in the 'shipping method' section. Because our storefront is closed Wednesday & opening late on Thursday, store pick-up will resume starting at 2PM on the 27th. Please note, your order will not be ready for pick-up until you receive an additional e-mail stating your order is completed.
  • Are you matching the prices at other stores? We will be matching Lilly Pulitzer corporate pricing! Some exclusions may apply. We do not match pricing from any locations other than Lilly Pulitzer corporate.
  • I have a promo/coupon code - can these be used during the sale? No - coupons, promo codes, and other offers are not able to be used during this sale.
  • What is your return policy for sale items? All sale items are final sale - they cannot be returned or exchanged, and there are no price adjustments.
  • How much is shipping? Orders $98+ qualify for FREE shipping! Orders under $98 will be charged $10 for shipping.
  • Can non-sale merchandise be purchased during the sale? Of course! PS - full-priced items are eligible to be returned or exchanged within our standard returns window.
  • Are my items in my cart reserved? Due to high volumes of orders, inventory availability is not guaranteed. We suggest checking out promptly after shopping for your best chance of getting the items you want. In addition, we cannot keep items on hold for you before or during the sale.
  • I already placed my order, but I want to change something about it or cancel my order. Is this possible? Unfortunately, no. After your order has been placed, we cannot amend or cancel your order. Special requests for orders, such as gift wrapping or alternative postal carriers, cannot be accommodated during the Sunshine Sale.
  • How long will it take for my order to ship to me? Why isn’t my order delivered to me yet? We try and process your order as quickly as possible! Our goal is to get your order out with USPS the same day your order is placed, however it may take up to 2 business days for it to be shipped out. Once your order leaves our store, we have no control when it will arrive to you. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information as soon as your order is packaged & ready to be picked up! Please confirm your shipping address is correct before you check out. We cannot amend shipping addresses after your order has been placed and are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.
