Palm Points FAQ
Ocean Palm loves our customers, and we know how much our customers love their Lilly! Earn a $20 reward for every $500 spent. $1 = 1 point; 500 points = $20 reward!
How to Redeem:
At the bottom left of our website, there is a pink oval pop-up that says "Palm Points" - sign in here, and come back to our home page.
Click the oval pop-up again. Here, you should see:
- Your points total
- Ways to earn (points conversions, where to enter your birthday for birthday rewards, etc.)
- Ways to redeem (exchanging applicable points for your $20, $40, or $60 rewards)

Please note, taxes, shipping, and other fees do not count towards rewards points. Minimum spend required. If you return an item from an order that used rewards, reward point value earned from the original transaction will be deducted from your points balance. Rewards points cannot be transferred between orders. Rewards not valid for redemption during promotions, on sale items, or with other discounts. The rewards program is valid only on purchases that occur at Ocean Palm.
Ocean Palm has the right to update or modify the Rewards Program at any time without notice.
