If you return an item from an order that used rewards, reward point value earned from the original transaction will be deducted from your points balance. Rewards points cannot be transferred between orders. Rewards not valid for redemption during promotions, on sale items, or with other discounts. The rewards program is valid only on purchases that occur at Ocean Palm's storefront or on OceanPalm.net
