Shipping & Returns Policy

- SHIPPING -

Ground shipping is $10 for orders under $98, and FREE for orders $98 and over. Need your package to you faster? Contact us and we can give you pricing for expedited shipping!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. International orders are final sale, and are subject to shipping charges based on package weight and shipping destination. 

- RETURNS POLICY -

Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, or within 21 days of purchase for a store credit or to exchange. Returns from orders shipped to customers must be postmarked for return within the previously mentioned 7/21 day timeframe for return/store credit/exchange. Day 1 of this timeframe starts on the day your order was delivered by the postal carrier.

All sale items are final sale - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Item must be unworn and unused, with tags attached. Coinciding gifts with purchase must be returned with your item to receive a full refund.

Return shipping costs & labels are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

- GIFTS WITH PURCHASE -

Purchases prior to and after the stated promotion dates do not qualify for promotions. Gifts are while supplies last, and substitutions can occur at the sole discretion of Ocean Palm. Substitution gifts are not guaranteed. Minimum spend required. Gift card purchase value, sale items, non-Lilly Pulitzer product, taxes, shipping costs, and other fees do not qualify toward promotions. Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Exclusions may apply; void where prohibited.

Returning items from a transaction that included gifts with purchase? If you don't want to keep your coinciding gifts with purchase, just bring them with you during your return, and we will refund you for the items you're returning accordingly. Prefer to keep your gifts with purchase? That is fine! when you return your items, we will deduct our cost of that coinciding gift with purchase from your refund.
